Q. How do I reserve a meeting room or community room?

Meeting rooms at the King Library are available for meetings and public forums sponsored by organizations and groups affiliated with the Library, San José State University, the CSU system, or the City of San José.  These rooms can also be scheduled on a one-time use basis by community groups which meet specific requirements. You will need to fill out a reservation form.  Visit the Meeting Room FAQs for more information about reservation policies, table set up, media availability in each room, etc.

Community rooms at San José Public Library branch locations are available to rent by non-profit community groups. Please contact the branch location for more information and to inquire about availability. In addition, you will need to fill out an application form.
