How can I add money to my Tower Card or VIP Gold Card (print card)?

At The King Library:

  • Tower Card
    • Your Tower Card must be activated so that you can use it. Call Spartan Shops at 1-408-924-1885 to activate your card.
    • Individuals with SJSU Tower cards can add cash to the cards at the Add Value Machines. Add value machines are located on the 1st floor, 2nd Floor and 3rd Floor.
    • Online, a credit card can be used to add value to Tower Cards by creating an account at:https://get.cbord.com/sjsu/full/login.php

 

  • VIP Gold Card
    • You may purchase a VIP Gold Card at , Add Value machine in the library. Add value machines are located on the 1st floor, 2nd Floor and 3rd Floor.
      Note: The Card Value Center will only take a $1 bill and will dispense a VIP Gold Card with $1 credit.
    • There are several ways to add money to your VIP Gold Card:
      • Can still be purchased at the Add Value Machines 
      • Value can continue to be added with cash only, at the Add Value Machines
      • There is no longer an ability to add value online
