Q. I have Adobe Reader installed on my computer, why won't it open my eBook?

You have to install Adobe Digital Editions (ADE), which is separate software, to read library eBooks. Adobe Reader is used for plain PDF files. Adobe Digital Editions is need for reading eBooks, which are copyright protected with DRM (Digital Rights Management). Please visit the Adobe Digital Editions site for details.
