Q. When downloading an OverDrive eBook or eAudiobook, I got a message: “fulfillment limit (3) for the requested title has been reached.” What do I do
Answer
OverDrive limits the number of times you can download from your online account. When you get the error message “fulfillment limit (3) for the requested title has been reached” it means that you have reached the limit. If you complete the eBook and eAudiobook support form and provide us with your library card number and the title you want to download, we can reactivate this title so that you can download from your online account again.
However, after downloading at least one part, you no longer need to go back to your online account. Instead, open up OverDrive Media Console. Once you have downloaded at least one part, the title will show up in the Console and you can download from there by selecting the title and clicking Download. There is no limit on the number of times you can download from the OverDrive Media Console.
