Q. What happened to my Lynda.com content!
I have been working through classes at Lynda.com and had 6 certificates there. Today when I logged in to my account, everything was gone! What happened?
I know that my library account is ok -- I paid a 0.50 fine yesterday and replaced my library card. They didn't tell me that something was wrong.

Unfortunately, Lynda.com is one of the few eResources we have that requires extra effort when you change your library card number. When you log in with a new library card, Lynda checks our system to make sure that your account is active, but Lynda does not associate that record with your old card. That means that it creates a new account for you. That isn't really a problem if you haven't done much work, but it can be a problem if you have. If you find that this has happened to you, please contact us and we will help you find a satisfactory solution.
