Q. When I try to use the Total BooX app on my Android device, it doesn't work!

Every time I try to open Total Boox on my Android phone, I get a message saying "Total BooX has stopped."  Uninstalling and reinstalling doesn't work.  What's going on?


Unfortunately, Total BooX's Android app no longer works.  Total Boox has been made aware of the problem, but they have not updated the app, and they are not responsive to requests for information.  Users who have an iOS device will find that they can still access Total BooX.   

We are very sorry for the inconvenience that this is causing all of our Android users.  We are making an effort to work with Total BooX to fix the problems we're having.  If you would like to contact them directly you can email support@totalboox.com.  It often helps for a vendor to hear from users.
