Axis 360 readers may come across an error message stating, "Book Ownership: Book Ownership Information Could Not Be Found message in Axis 360." 

Axis 360 has identified 2 ways to fix it:

  1. Clear your Axis 360 app cache and delete and reinstall the app.
    • Instructions for doing this depends on the type and brand of device you are using. Please see the instructions for your particular device. A device is the type of tablet or smartphone you use to access an app.
    • If you are using a laptop or desktop, you might try deleting your browser's cache and cookies (SafariChromeEdge).
  2. Return your eBook and check it out again. Axis 360 eBooks cannot be returned from our library catalog at this time, but can be returned from our library's Axis 360 website and app. Please follow these instructions to return your Axis 360 eBook on the website and these instructions on the app.
